Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services and ecommerce purchases unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products
All digital products (PDFs, reports, planners, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.
Services
Live Sessions (Calls, Coaching, Consultations)
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
Personalized Services (Blueprints, Concierge, Planning)
Because these services involve custom work:
• All sales are final once work begins
• No refunds after intake completion
Travel Planning & Booking
• Planning fees are non-refundable once planning begins
• Travel costs are governed by third-party supplier policies
• Novel Local is not responsible for supplier refunds
Physical Products (Ecommerce)
Physical products (maps, merchandise, oils, etc.):
• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
